Who is an executive search boutique firm led by a duo of entrepreneurs committed to meeting your needs

With operational backgrounds in digital and IT prior to joining Who, our Partners have over 20 years of experience in the Technology domain.

Daniel Hansberger

Daniel is the founder and Managing Partner. He started Who with the ambition to combine high standards and humanistic values. Daniel graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP) and holds a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Paris I – La Sorbonne University. Daniel has over 25 years’ experience in Technology including 12 years in recruiting top executives and managers. He is also a trained Professional Coach (Intertional Mozaik).

Daniel is the founder and Managing Partner. He started Who with the ambition to combine high standards and humanistic values.

Vanessa Boudin-Lestienne

Vanessa joined Who in 2021 as a Partner. She has over 20 years’ experience in the digital field and both worked for digital pure players and traditional industries. Her previous experiences as a senior executive and as an entrepreneur allow her to bring a deep understanding of Digital businesses and professions. She is also a trained Professional Coach (Tranformance Pro).

Vanessa joined Who in 2021 as a Partner. She has over 20 years’ experience in the digital field and both worked for digital pure players and traditional industries.
